This stage is designed to support clients throughout the build—whether working alongside a builder or managing the project more directly—by providing experienced oversight at critical moments.

What’s included

Weekly Construction Advisory Call

A scheduled weekly call (up to 1 hour) to review progress, decisions, sequencing, and emerging issues.

These calls are used to:

• Review current site progress
• Assess trade sequencing and upcoming milestones
• Evaluate risk areas and coordination gaps
• Review photos, drawings, and field conditions
• Clarify decisions and next-week priorities

This standing cadence creates rhythm, accountability, and forward clarity throughout construction.

Additional calls outside the weekly cadence may be arranged separately.

Ongoing Project Communication (Unlimited Email Access)

Unlimited advisory support via email throughout active construction for questions, documentation review, and issue clarification.

This allows drawings, site updates, trade questions, and material decisions to be reviewed promptly as they arise.

Build Coach Execution Framework

Access to structured execution tools used during active construction, including:

• Construction Phase Execution Checklist — ensuring each stage of work is complete and properly coordinated before moving forward
• Detailed Construction-Phase Schedule — outlining trade flow, milestones, and key inspection stages
• Live Decision & Issue Log — maintained by the client to track active site questions, pending decisions, and cost-impact discussions; reviewed weekly to prevent missed commitments and unresolved issues

These tools create clarity, accountability, and structured oversight throughout the build.

Project Continuity

Ongoing familiarity with your project as it evolves, allowing guidance to build week over week rather than starting from scratch with each issue.

Stage 3 support may continue beyond active construction to assist with:
