Description:
Scheduled on-site walkthroughs at key construction milestones (foundation, framing, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, insulation/drywall readiness, or finishing—based on project needs). Each visit includes a focused builder-level review of progress and workmanship against the drawings available at the time of the visit, along with real-time troubleshooting and practical guidance as issues arise.

• Photo-supported notes (where helpful)
